Our bakery is a true family affair owned and operated by 3 families who share a passion for trendsetting treats and timeless flavors.

Our Boca location, in addition to having all our classics, cakes and candy, will be hosting birthday parties and is a full ice cream/frozen yogurt shop. We can’t wait to welcome you to our beautiful new location and share the magic of Sugar Hi.

Our Story

Twin sisters Hillary Assael and Elissa Weinhoff started Sugar Hi in 2017, blending their passions for creativity, community, and of course, sweets! With 20+ years of cake decorating experience, Hillary crafts every recipe, while Elissa, an EMT, brings her love for people into the heart of our bakery.

Sugar Hi is all about bringing people together, whether in our hometown or through our online community. We’re also proud supporters of Stayin' Alive Charity, Sunrise Day Camp, and Byram Hills Schools.
